I am a PhD candidate in Operations at the Yale School of Management, where I am fortunate to be advised by Professor Edieal Pinker and Professor Faidra Monachou .
I study operations for public policy, with a specific focus on education. I use data-driven models and field experiments to improve student learning by rethinking how we support students, teachers, and educational platforms. My work spans AI-based algorithmic advising, teacher workforce design, and personalized learning, and has been recognized with the 2025 Duolingo Dissertation Research Award.
Prior to Yale, I was a predoctoral fellow at Indian School of Business and advised by Professor Sarang Deo. I hold an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Vellore Institute of Technology.
I’m joining Nanyang Business School at NTU Singapore as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Operations Management in Fall 2026 :)
